What is Unified Basketball?
Unified Basketball is an inclusive basketball team that combines individuals with intellectual disabilities (athletes) and individuals without intellectual disabilities (partner athletes) for training and competitions.  Athletes and partner athletes practice and compete alongside each other throughout the Unified Basketball season.

The Unified Basketball season coincides with the VHSL Winter sports season.  All participants must turn in a completed VHSL Physical Form in order to be eligible to participate.

Freedom HS Unified Basketball games are scheduled to take place in the Main Gym on January 16, January 31, and February 8.
